Thai-esque Troubles: Urkranian Parliament Bans Government Officials from Utilizing Telegram

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has issued a directive prohibiting government officials and employees from installing the Telegram app on work devices, although they are still allowed to use it for private conversations on personal devices.

This proclamation follows a ban on its use within military units at the end of September, with Ruslan Stefanchuk, the Chairman of the Rada, revealing that his dormant account, unused for three years, had been sending fraudulent messages to others.
