Content Shifu collaborates with Hummingbirds Consulting to release Thailand’s Martech Report 2024, which gathers insights on Thailand’s Martech (Marketing Technology) landscape.
According to the findings of Thailand’s Martech Report 2024, the majority of organizations currently prioritize the use of Martech for sales, with a whopping 88%. They also prioritize efficiency in operations at 62%, customer relationship management at 44%, and cost reduction at a lower 33%.
In contrast to 2022, where the focus was on analysis at 21%, data collection at 17%, marketing efficiency at 14%, and sales increase at 14%, it is evident that user behavior towards Martech has shifted. Martech is now being incorporated more extensively into marketing processes and operations.
The Martech categories that people deem the most important in 2024 are data, social and relationships, and commerce and sales, with data being rated as high as 95% in terms of importance.
Moreover, investment in Martech by organizations is expected to increase by an average of 46% compared to 2023, where the average investment ranged from 10% to 30%.
To conclude, here are the top 10 tools preferred in each category. In the Interactive Content category, Canva leads with a 58% market share, while in the Generative AI category, Chat GPT takes the lead with a 68% market share.
