The Exceedingly Valuable Business Ventures of Amazon surpass 2 trillion dollars for the first time

Last night, Amazon’s stock price closed with a 3.90% increase at $193.61 per share, resulting in a market capitalization of $2.015 trillion. This milestone marks Amazon’s valuation surpassing the $2 trillion mark for the first time.

Among technology companies in America, only a few have achieved a market capitalization exceeding $2 trillion in the past, including NVIDIA, Apple, Alphabet, and Microsoft. Currently, all of them maintain valuations above $2 trillion.

Amazon’s performance in the last quarter was notably driven by its AWS business, which saw a significant revenue growth of 17% and a substantial increase in profit margins, attributed to cost-saving measures implemented during the period.
