BioWare has announced that Dragon Age: The Veilguard will be released on October 31, 2024. The game will be available in two editions:
The Standard Edition is priced at $59.99 on PC and $69.99 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S.
The Deluxe Edition is priced at $79.99 on PC and $89.99 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S. This edition includes additional cosmetic items in the game.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard is considered the 4th installment in the Dragon Age series and marks BioWare’s first new game in over 5 years since the release of Anthem in 2019, which was not as successful as hoped. Taking into account the troubled release of Mass Effect: Andromeda in 2017, the last successful game from BioWare was Dragon Age: Inquisition (part 3) in 2014, making a total of 10 years in the making.
