CMA, the regulatory body of the United Kingdom, recently approved the deal where Hewlett Packard Enterprise, also known as HPE, announced its acquisition of Juniper Networks in January. Following CMA’s announcement to investigate this deal citing concerns of reducing competition in the market, HPE revealed its intention to acquire all of Juniper Networks’ business, a company that manufactures network equipment such as routers and switches.
