Mark Gurman from Bloomberg has once again reported on high-level executive changes at Apple, this time not related to Siri but another department.
Starting with Apple Music, two executives, Rachel Newman already working at Apple, and Ole Obermann overseeing music business at TikTok, are taking responsibility for the music streaming service. Both will report directly to Oliver Schusser who previously led Apple Music but now has expanded responsibilities including Beats, Apple TV+, and Apple Sports.
Additionally, Gurman mentions changes in the Government Affairs department, responsible for coordinating with government agencies in each country. The team overseeing Asia and Europe now reports directly at the same level as the team for the United States, all under the leadership of Tim Powderly. Nick Annman will specifically handle coordination with China and India.
