Microsoft continues its steady release of titles on the PS5, following up on Forza Horizon 5 with two more games from the strategic Age series.
Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, which debuted on Xbox in 2023, is set to hit the shelves for PS5 players in the fall of 2025, though an exact release date is yet to be confirmed.
Meanwhile, Age of Mythology: Retold recently launched on PC and Xbox in September 2024. The game will receive its first expansion, Immortal Pillars, on March 4, 2025, with the PS5 version slated for release on the same day.
Microsoft has also announced upcoming DLC content for Age of Empires IV within the year 2025. Although there is no word on a PS5 version for the fourth installment yet, given the trend with other Age titles, it may not be far off.
