TrueMoney has joined forces with Alipay+ to introduce a new service that allows Thai travelers to pay using the TrueMoney app when visiting China.
The TrueMoney app can be used for payments at participating stores in China that support Alipay+. Users can simply scan the QR code provided by Alipay+ at the store, or if the store does not have a QR code, they can access the payment page within the TrueMoney app. By selecting the Alipay+ tab and the country they are traveling to, the app will automatically convert Thai Baht to Chinese Yuan or other currency units, without any additional fees.
Currently, this service is available at millions of stores across China that accept payments through TrueMoney. Moreover, this service can also be utilized in over 40 other countries, including Japan, China, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and Italy.
