Apple has introduced the iPhone 16e, the latest smartphone in the iPhone 16 series, replacing the previous iPhone SE model. Apple claims that the iPhone 16e comes with powerful capabilities at a more accessible price point.
The iPhone 16e features the A18 chip, similar to the iPhone 16, with a 6-core CPU, 4-core GPU, and a 16-core Neural Engine that supports Apple Intelligence AI. The modem chip is the new Apple C1 designed by Apple themselves.
With a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display, Face ID, and TrueDepth camera for facial recognition, the iPhone 16e eliminates the Home button for good. The rear camera is a single unit called the 48MP Fusion True Tone camera, excelling in low light and portrait modes with up to 4K 60 fps video support.
Available in black and white, the iPhone 16e comes in three storage options:
– 128GB for 22,900 baht
– 256GB for 26,900 baht
– 512GB for 34,900 baht
Pre-orders start on February 21 at 8:00 PM in Thailand, with sales beginning on February 28.
TL;DR: Apple launches the budget-friendly iPhone 16e with advanced features and improved accessibility.
