As rumoured previously, Apple has unveiled the new MacBook Air models with 13-inch and 15-inch screens, featuring the M3 chip and several upgrades to the specs. The new specs include Wi-Fi 6E, support for connecting up to 2 external monitors, improved microphones for clearer sound, and Apple claims that the M3 chip is up to 60% faster than the M1 chip and up to 13 times faster when compared to Intel Core MacBook CPUs. The battery life can last up to 18 hours of usage.
The new MacBook Air with the M3 chip comes in two screen sizes, 13-inch and 15-inch, with Liquid Retina display options in 4 colours: Midnight, which utilizes a sealing process to reduce fingerprint marks, and other colours like Starlight, Space Gray, and Silver. The starting price for the 13-inch screen is 39,900 baht, and the 15-inch screen is 47,900 baht. The products do not have a designated sale date in Thailand yet.
Additionally, Apple has reduced the price of the MacBook Air with the M2 chip, starting at 34,900 baht.
TLDR: Apple introduces new MacBook Air models with M3 chip, improved specs, and reduced prices for M2 chip models.
