Apple Insider reported from sources within Apple about the new capabilities of the Notes app that are expected to be added in iOS 18, iPadOS 18, and macOS 15. Apple is likely to unveil all the details at the WWDC event in June.
The first feature is Voice Notes, allowing users to attach audio to their notes, similar to recording text or inserting images, making it easier for users to provide additional details.
The next feature is Math Notes for recording mathematical equations, integrated with the Calculator app or formatting them, which is a key feature found in Microsoft’s OneNote.
Additionally, it is expected that Apple will enhance Notes with new capabilities following the themes of iOS 18, which will have additional AI features as reported earlier.
