Will you follow? Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp set to close on November 28th, alternate paid version to be introduced

Nintendo has officially announced that Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, a mobile game in the Animal Crossing series, will cease operations starting from November 28, 2024. Despite this, players can continue their gaming journey as Nintendo plans to release a new paid app version where they can transfer their existing game data. The paid version of Pocket Camp will not feature in-game purchases like the free version. Nintendo will provide further details in October.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp was first introduced in 2017 as a free-to-play game with in-app purchases as the game’s monetization model.
