Twitter has announced that Passkey authentication for accounts is now available to all iOS users worldwide, after initially being limited to the United States. Passkey is a secure way for users to confirm their identity without the need to enter a password, using encrypted device authentication. This method is considered more secure compared to other two-factor authentication methods.
Many major platforms now support Passkey, including Google, Amazon, WhatsApp, Apple, and most recently PlayStation.
