OpenAI Unveils ChatGPT Enterprise, Powered by GPT-4: Limitless Conversations and Organization-Level Features

OpenAI has officially launched ChatGPT Enterprise, a service tailored for organizations looking to leverage the power of ChatGPT with the same level of control as other SaaS platforms in the market. The standout feature of ChatGPT Enterprise is that users can utilize GPT-4 with an unrestricted 32k context, unlike the personal-use subscription. Additionally, the response time for questions is twice as fast as the regular ChatGPT.

In addition to the inherent features of ChatGPT, enterprise-level features are also included. These include a user management interface for large-scale teams, single sign-on login, usage statistics dashboard, document sharing, and various templates. Furthermore, users will receive API credits for their utilization.

ChatGPT Enterprise is now available and has already been tested by a select number of customers. However, access to the service is currently limited to OpenAI’s representatives. Nevertheless, the announcement states that OpenAI is preparing to introduce another offering for organizations, namely ChatGPT Business, which will cater to small-sized businesses. This offering will allow organizations to self-serve, connect their internal databases with ChatGPT, access data analysis tools, marketing features, and receive dedicated customer support. The launch dates for these additional services have not been specified.
