Android Authority has leaked new features of the Google Pixel 9, which is said to include a suite of AI features collectively called “Google AI,” consisting of 5 components. The first two are existing features, Chatbot Gemini and Circle to Search. The three new features are as follows:
“Add Me” is expected to be a photo editing feature that incorporates individuals into group photos, even if they weren’t physically present in the frame.
Pixel Screenshots allows for data searching within screenshots using an on-device model. This feature is similar to Windows 11’s Recall, with the key difference being that Pixel does not secretly store screen captures and only searches for images saved by the user.
Studio is projected to be a generative image feature that utilizes models to create images of existing Google content, such as Imagen.
