Maxmazo is a community platform where users can share and discover AI-generated image and video prompts. Users can upload images, share prompts, comment, and vote on content.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

4. User Content

By submitting content (posts, images, prompts, comments), you agree that:

  • Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • You grant Maxmazo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform.
  • All posts are subject to admin review and approval before being publicly visible.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
  • Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material.
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

  • All posts require admin approval before becoming public.
  • We reserve the right to reject or remove any content at our sole discretion.
  • We may ban users who violate these terms, without prior notice.
  • Rejected posts and their associated images will be permanently deleted.

7. Intellectual Property

The Maxmazo name, logo, and website design are our property. User-submitted prompts and AI-generated images remain subject to the terms of the respective AI model providers.

8. Disclaimers

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of user-submitted content.
  • We are not responsible for the output or behavior of third-party AI models referenced on this platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maxmazo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
