Intel unveils details of the upcoming successor to their CPU notebook, code-named Meteor Lake, or the new brand name Intel Core Ultra, set to be launched on December 14, 2023.

Integrated AI processing unit or neural processing unit (NPU) that Microsoft has developed to work with the Windows Copilot feature for enhanced performance.
Manufactured using Intel 4 (7nm) process, which is Intel’s first-ever EUV production technology. The CPU is a Tile-based design, where multiple pieces are connected together (with some components produced by TSMC) using a vertical stacking technology known as Foveros 3D Packaging.
The CPU is divided into three groups with three power levels: P-core on the compute tile for maximum performance, E-core on the compute tile, and E-core on the SoC tile for energy efficiency. These cores work together through Intel Thread Director, a technology Intel calls 3D Performance Hybrid Architecture.
Includes the Intel Arc graphics, based on the improved Xe LPG architecture, supporting ray tracing and XeSS, with a maximum of 8 cores.

Currently, there are no details about the sub-model Core Ultra, but in the press conference, Jerry Kao, CEO of Acer, announced that they will be launching a new Acer Swift model using the Core Ultra processor.
