Collaborative Termination: Netflix and SK Broadband Abandon Litigation and Join Forces to Launch Customized Packages for South Korean Customers

In 2020, Netflix filed a lawsuit against SK Broadband, a major internet service provider in South Korea. The reason behind the legal action was SK Broadband’s desire to charge Netflix additional fees due to the high bandwidth usage.
