Meta has announced the release of a new feature for real-time language translation in Live AI for users of Ray-Ban Meta Glasses. This was previously announced at Meta Connect event last year and made available for early access testing in December.
This real-time language translation feature allows users to hear conversation in specified languages including English, French, Italian, and Spanish. Additionally, users can download language packs for offline use without needing to connect to Wi-Fi or a network.
Other upcoming features include DM messaging in various formats such as text, images, voice notes, and video calls from Instagram, which already supports WhatsApp and Messenger. Furthermore, users will soon be able to play music through streaming apps using voice commands.
