Establishment of Fourth Data Center by INET to Support Further Growth of 300-600 Thousand VMI’s.

The company Internet Thailand, also known as INET, has announced plans to invest in the fourth data center, INET-IDC, to accommodate future business growth. Currently, INET has three data centers located in Bangkok (INET-IDC1, INET-IDC2) and one in Saraburi (INET-IDC3), serving approximately 140,000 VMI customers. The company is preparing to invest in the fourth data center (INET-IDC4) to expand its services for an additional 300,000-600,000 VMI in the near future, with the exact location yet to be disclosed, only mentioning it will not be in Bangkok due to electricity constraints.

To fund this expansion, the company plans to issue two sets of convertible bonds in 2025, with reservations available from April 1-3, 2025.
