Apple addresses concerns that may cause confusion with their Apple Intelligence service, confirming that OpenELM is not used for any AI or Machine Learning features in their products, including Apple Intelligence.

Apple states that OpenELM is designed as an open-source model for the research community to develop new models and they currently have no plans to release a new update for OpenELM.
