Introducing DJI Mic 2: Unveiling 2 Sets of Wirelessly Operated Microphones, Boasting Internal 32-bit Sound Recording Capability, Alongside an Intelligent Audio Filtering System

DJI has unveiled the DJI Mic 2, a wireless microphone set that was first introduced and launched a year ago. This time, they have expanded its usage beyond the realm of production professionals to cater to content creators, general users, and livestreamers. It boasts several standout features that enhance the overall recording experience.

One notable feature is its omnidirectional recording capability, allowing sound to be captured from all directions. Additionally, it incorporates an intelligent noise cancelling system that effectively filters out background noise. A Safety Track function is also present, which records a backup track at -6dB frequency, running in parallel with the main audio.

The DJI Mic 2 supports Bluetooth connectivity, enabling seamless pairing with smartphones or action cameras without the need for a receiver. The receiver unit (RX) features a 1.1-inch OLED touchscreen display, providing visual feedback on various status indicators. It also includes a rotating dial to adjust audio levels, screen brightness, and other settings.

The transmitter unit (TX) comes with an internal 8GB storage capacity, allowing for up to 14 hours of recording at 48kHz 24-bit. It supports internal recording in 32-bit floating-point format. With a maximum transmission range of 250 meters, the DJI Mic 2 ensures reliable signal transmission even over long distances.

The battery life of the DJI Mic 2 is commendable, lasting up to 6 hours of continuous use and can be conveniently recharged within the case for up to 18 hours of total usage time. It also features a 3.5mm headphone jack for real-time monitoring. The device can be easily switched from a clip-on design to a magnetic strip attachment.

The DJI Mic 2 is now available for pre-order in Thailand through authorized retailers and DJI’s official stores, with the following pricing details:
