Samsung has launched the Galaxy SmartTag 2, a device designed to help track various items. It was unveiled alongside the Galaxy S23FE, Galaxy Tab S9 FE, and Galaxy Buds FE. The Galaxy SmartTag 2 is now available in Thailand at a price of 990 Baht.
The Galaxy SmartTag 2 has been given a new ring-shaped design and is compact in size. In terms of software, it has added a Lost Mode, which makes it easier to locate items attached to the Galaxy SmartTag 2. When using a smartphone to scan the tag via NFC, the owner’s contact information will be displayed. In terms of battery life, the Galaxy SmartTag 2 can last up to 700 days in energy-saving mode and 500 days in normal mode, which is twice as long as the previous model.
The Galaxy SmartTag2 works in conjunction with the SmartThings Station, which is part of the SmartThings Find app. It can scan and locate registered devices at home, including personal belongings such as TV remotes, wallets, keys, and other registered items.
