Revolutionizing the OS: Microsoft transforms Copilot into a web app on Windows 11, relinquishing control and discontinuing WIN+C shortcut.

In recent times, Microsoft has been pushing Copilot and working on Windows in various ways. One clear change is replacing the WIN+C shortcut button to access the Copilot feature in the taskbar. They have also added a Copilot button on keyboards for PCs sold this year and announced the direction of Copilot+ PC. However, in the latest Windows 11 Insider Preview update, Microsoft has announced changes to Copilot on Windows as follows:

Copilot in the taskbar is now used to call up web apps, losing the ability to manage the Windows 11 operating system.
The WIN+C shortcut button to call up Copilot has been removed.

Microsoft rationalizes these changes by stating that they stem from user feedback and make development more convenient. The decision to remove the WIN+C shortcut button is due to the shift of Copilot to a web app. As Windows 11 and Copilot are still in the preview stage, further changes may occur in the future.
