Sales Soar: Resident Evil 4 Remake Moves 7 Million Units, Monster Hunter: World Surpasses 25 Million Units Sold.

Capcom has announced the success of the Resident Evil 4 Remake, surpassing 7 million copies sold after being on the market for a full year. However, even though the numbers seem impressive, when compared to the highest-selling game in the series, Resident Evil 2 Remake holds the record with a staggering 13.6 million copies sold. Following closely behind is Resident Evil 7 with 13 million copies sold.

Another game that has reported impressive sales is Monster Hunter: World, with total sales exceeding 25 million copies (including the Iceborne expansion). It is the best-selling game in the series and the best-selling game of all time for Capcom.

The total sales for the Resident Evil series amount to 154 million copies, while the total sales for the Monster Hunter series are 97 million copies.
