Konami is actively seeking game creators in Japan to join their Silent Production Team for the Silent Hill franchise. They are specifically looking for programmers, artists, planners, engineers, and project managers. This new team, called the Silent Production Team, aligns with the original team that created Silent Hill, known as Team Silent, which was disbanded in 2004.
In recent times, Konami has shown a strong commitment to reviving Silent Hill, announcing five projects a year ago. The release of Silent Hill Ascension, the first of these projects, received a lukewarm response. We can only speculate what’s in store for the remaining projects such as Silent Hill 2 Remake, Silent Hill: Townfall, Silent Hill f, Return to Silent Hill, and the unrevealed Silent Hill: The Short Message.
