According to Circana (formerly known as NPD), the game Starfield, which was released in September, topped the sales charts for the month and ranked as the 7th best-selling game of 2023 in America. Despite being available on Xbox Game Pass from day one, the game has already amassed over 10 million players across all platforms. Coming in second place in terms of sales is Mortal Kombat 1, followed by EA Sports FC 24, which had pre-order numbers 25% higher than FIFA23.
