Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Z Flip5 Retro, a special edition smartphone that commemorates the 20th anniversary of the Samsung SGH-E700 flip phone, which was released in 2003. This unique device will be available for purchase in South Korea, England, Germany, Spain, and Australia on November 1st, while France will have it on November 2nd.
The Galaxy Z Flip5 Retro draws inspiration from the SGH-E700, which was Samsung’s first mobile phone with an internal antenna and played a significant role in establishing Samsung’s position in the mobile phone industry. This latest edition incorporates features from the SGH-E700, such as the fusion of navy blue and silver colors, the UX design, the interpretation of pixel graphics from the 2000s, and special animations on the Flex Window.
