Amazon Web Services, or AWS, has announced a collaboration agreement with the Australian government to provide a top-secret cloud service on AWS, known as Top Secret Cloud, for intelligence and security purposes. The contract is valued at 2 billion Australian dollars or approximately 49 billion baht.
The TS Cloud will securely collect vital information, facilitate data exchange between intelligence agencies and the Australian military, and leverage AI and ML to enhance data management efficiency, streamline unnecessary processes, and ensure stringent security measures are in place.
AWS has not disclosed the location of the data center for this TS Cloud, but has stated that its hosting services in Australia, specifically Sydney and Melbourne, will operate according to the Australian government’s strict data security regulations.
TLDR: AWS partners with Australian government to deliver top-secret cloud service, enhancing intelligence and security operations with cutting-edge technology and stringent data security measures.
