Samsung has announced the launch of the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+, which are the smaller versions of the Galaxy Tab S9 that was introduced in July. Samsung previously released the Galaxy Tab S7 FE in 2021 and now, in 2022, they have followed up with another FE model, this time offering two different screen sizes: 10.9″ (FE) and 12.4″ (FE+). Both models feature a LCD 90Hz display instead of the AMOLED screen found on the larger Tab S9, but they do have the same IP68 water and dust resistance as the flagship model.
Other shared specifications include the Exynos 1380 chipset, a 12MP front camera, and the Android 13 operating system, guaranteeing software upgrades for four major versions. Both models also support microSD for expandable storage.
