Microsoft has announced the Windows Recall feature, which remembers what appears on the screen, first introduced last year and delayed multiple times, is now available for general use to all Copilot+ PC users after being previewed two weeks ago.
In addition to the Recall feature, this update also comes with the Click To Do feature, allowing the AI on Windows to do things based on the information seen on the screen, such as summarizing or editing text, and improving the search capabilities in Windows that can be done using Natural Language, all of which can be done locally with the Copilot+ PC specs.
These features are set to roll out in April for Windows 11 users on Copilot+ PC, with both Recall and Click To Do still in preview status.
TLDR: Microsoft introduces Windows Recall and Click To Do features for Copilot+ PC users, allowing AI to perform tasks based on on-screen information and enhance search capabilities using Natural Language.
