Salesforce Unveils Visionary AI-Powered CRM with Data Services Now Available in Thailand

Salesforce Thailand envisions that their CRM services will be driven by AI and Data.

Salesforce’s approach is to position itself as the central hub for collecting and managing CRM data, allowing connections to various databases and linking data through the Data Cloud platform, whether it be AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks via the Salesforce Zero Copy Partner Network, enabling bidirectional data connections without the need for data replication. Each industry segment will have its own Data Cloud for specialized data visualization and data linking patterns.

Another aspect is AI through Einstein 1 Studio (now open for GA in Thailand), serving as a powerful tool for leveraging AI using customer data from the Data Cloud for training and reference, paired with Einstein Copilot, acting as a user interface assistant powered by LLM. The key tools within Einstein 1 Studio include Copilot Builder (Beta) for defining conditions for Einstein Copilot, such as Sales or Customer Services models, Prompt Builder (GA) for setting prompts for each task, and Model Builder (GA) for integrating the organization’s AI models like Azure OpenAI, OpenAI Direct, GCP’s Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, or even the organization’s custom AI models.
