[Unconfirmed] Instagram Reels Testing Increasing Maximum Video Length to 10 Minutes

This information comes from Alessandro Paluzzi, a renowned code decipherer, who has discovered that Instagram‘s vertical video platform, Reels, is testing a feature that allows users to upload videos with a maximum length of 10 minutes.

Currently, users can upload videos with a maximum length of 90 seconds. This increased video length brings Instagram’s platform closer to TikTok, which currently allows users to upload videos with maximum lengths of 10 minutes and 20 minutes for paying users.

Both Meta and Instagram have declined to comment on this news.
