Unlock Copilot and Designer Features for Microsoft 365 Personal/Family without Additional Payment, Available for Thai Customers.

Microsoft announces the introduction of some Copilot and Designer features that were previously limited to Microsoft 365 corporate editions (Business and Enterprise) for household users (Personal and Family) in some countries, including Thailand.

These features include Copilot in the core 5 apps – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, as well as the addition of a new integrated app for AI-powered image creation called Microsoft Designer, all included in the Microsoft 365 Personal/Family package at no extra cost.

Users will receive AI image creation credits and increased Copilot usage from the free version. These credits can be used for AI features in Paint, Notepad, and Photos apps outside of the Microsoft 365 suite. Essentially, subscribing to Microsoft 365 membership provides AI credit for Microsoft apps.

These changes are currently available in select countries – New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.

Microsoft states that Microsoft 365 Personal/Family members only need to update their apps to the latest version, with no additional steps required.
