X, also known as Twitter, has announced the addition of new features. The @XHiring account has launched the X Hiring job posting system. Currently in beta, authenticated accounts (verified with a gold tick) of companies and organizations can try out this feature to access a large candidate pool on the platform. X Hiring supports rapid import of job applications data through the Applicant Tracking System and XML format.
The introduction of this new feature, limited to authenticated accounts, could provide further motivation for organizations or companies to spend more money to acquire the gold tick, as the membership fee is as high as $1,000 per month.
The job application system in X could be another step towards realizing Elon Musk’s vision of making X the Everything App that goes beyond being just a social platform, taking inspiration from WeChat.
